Who is Cathy Divodi?

Experience & Specialties

Cathy began her career as a workers’ compensation claims adjuster graduating from one of California’s most prestigious claims training programs. She began working heavily litigated cases at California Compensation Insurance Company and later became a hearing representative making appearances on behalf of the carrier/employer at settlement conferences, trials and conducting depositions of employees, witnesses and physicians. Cathy then moved on to supervise a workers’ compensation claims department for a national multi-line insurance carrier, Atlantic Mutual Companies. She also supervised the workers’ compensation third party administration division, Atlantic Risk Services. Cathy is certified by the state of California as a Self-Insured Claims Administrator.

Over the past few years, Cathy found her niche as a risk management consultant, assisting her clients with understanding the complex nature of the various laws within the claims system and managing risks. Additionally, with her reserve experience as an adjuster, litigator and claims manager, she has become an expert in reserve analysis and claims management.
